organization is highly respected by consumers and by those in the automotive trade, we are proud to be an AAA Approved Repair Facility.

It is a statement that LDG Automotive Specialists, Inc. has a high level of expertise in our field. Reaching that approval means that we maintain a level of customer satisfaction that is over and above the norm for our trade. To be an
AAA Approved Repair Facility, we are required to maintain appropriate levels of insurance coverage to insure your protection.

It provides a means for our customers to give unbiased opinions as to how we are meeting their expectations. Each month our
AAA representative meets with us to report on how we are doing. Customer input from the
AAA Response Cards is of great value to us. We use the
AAA Response Cards as a tool - to address your concerns, to make improvements in our weak areas, and to continue to do the things you regard as our strengths.

AAA also provides customer assistance in complaint resolution, when necessary. In those cases, an AAA representative will offer to meet with the customer and a manager of LDG Automotive Specialists, Inc. to help evaluate how best to resolve an unsatisfactory situation and regain your satisfaction.
